11 Μαρ 2013 · Got a Thunder .380 for my GF. Have a persistent jam which I'll describe. Pistol ejects a round and the following cartridge goes too high (nose up); slide slams back of case, jamming the case into the magazine feed lips. Need to pry the cartridge tip down off the slide hood to allow the magazine release so I can clear the jam.
20 Μαΐ 2011 · After allot of research and finally deciding to add a Bersa 380 to my current collection, I am stumped. I am looking for some experienced guidance as to how to eliminate a jam. The weapon was purchased used and in great shape.
25 Φεβ 2016 · Bersa 380CC jamming. I bought this gun new at a gun shop. I have shot less then a 200 rounds with it. Almost every time it gets to the second before the last round it jams.I have used two types of ammo and the problem is the same.
19 Μαρ 2007 · Bersa Thunder 380 Jamming Problems. I bought one of these guns awhile back as a nightstand gun for my fiancee. Everytime we've taken it out to the range, it seems to jam at least one round per box. It doesn't matter if it is the cheapo range ammo or good HP's.
8 Δεκ 2015 · If it is an ammo issue that can be fixed pretty easy. If you bought them new and it's a mecanical issue your in luck because Colorado Gunworks is on this forum and he is a Bersa gunsmith! If it's a break in issue then use good quality round nose FMJ ammo to break it in 300 to 400 rounds.
This means the magazine spring is either too worn out or too stiff, thus resulting in a jam when the gun is fired. A faulty extractor or out-of-spec chamber dimensions can also cause the issue. To fix the Failure to Eject issue in your Bersa Thunder 380, there are a few steps that you need to take.
21 Μαΐ 2006 · Went to the range yesterday to practice with my newly acquired Bersa 380, the first 3 or 4 magazines fed all rounds flawlessly and I was quite impressed with the accuracy "out of the box" so to speak.
