So now, we have to waste more time going into Best Buy to get refunded for these appliances, parts, delivery, cords, etc etc and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, spend more time, and get appliances at a store that is hopefully reliable and INSANE. This fiasco was totally unacceptable. We had purchased appliances before at Best Buy and it had been fine.
