31 Δεκ 2023 · The only other suggestion I have is verify the integrity of your game cache through Steam and run the game through Steam, 1170 with no mods, mod manager, or SKSE. If that works, then try the downgrade procedure.

follow the steps in the link above (but make sure that you download the 1.6.640.0 from steam console) then download the unofficial skyrim special edition downgrade patcher from here: Scroll down to the Old files section and download the FullPatcher_1.6.640.0-(whatever version you want).exe and then install the patcher... Done !
If you accidentally updated your SKSE to a newer version, but now want to go back down to the previous one, just go to the SKSE website at https://skse.silverlock.org/download/archive/ and download the skse64_2_02_03 version (it contains the SKSE 1.6.64 you need).
