23 Ιουν 2022 · Like the R6, the R5 comes with a new version of Canon’s standard LP-E6 battery, the LP-E6NH. On mild nights, I found the R5 ran fine on one battery for the 3 to 4 hours needed to shoot a time-lapse sequence, or set of deep-sky images, with power to spare.

A star tracker or equatorial mount can also improve your images by compensating for Earth’s rotation, allowing for longer exposures without star trails.
