There is no single best OU team, the game is too complex for that. However, you could try out some of the sample teams on Smogon and see which ones you like using and start customising it to your liking.
With Ursaluna still in the tier, TR teams can easily demolish their way to the top. Semi-TR are honestly easier to pilot but I am a TR enthusiast so I go all in. Personally I would like to see magearna and cheap-pao banned before Ursaluna goes.
Kingambit is the reason I made this team, it's my favorite gen 9 mon, and thankfully it does great in OU. I send it out late game usually to take advantage of Supreme Overlord, and just clean up everything left.
23 Φεβ 2024 · This Sun team got me to the 1600s in Gen 9 OU. Torkoal sets the Sun with Drought and lays hazards with Stealth Rock, while Rapid Spin denies opposing leads hazards. Lava Plume deals a decent amount of damage and Clear Smog keeps Volcarona from setting up for free.

25 Φεβ 2023 · The team rewards you for making great doubles and dealing massive damage to the opponent’s team. However, you can also just sacrifice everything to Kingambit and go crazy at the end :) Currently struggles a lot against Indeedee Armarouge and Volcaronas.
