The LEGO Movie Video Game (as silly as it sounds) is quite good for 2-players. For single player action, go with Undercover. LEGO Batman 2/3 are quite good too.
Star Wars Saga - the best, honestly the one that got us into Lego games. Pirates - we loved it. Lego Harry Potter years 1-4 - OMG the crashing, freezing, glitches.
