With so many quest mods released for the game over the course of the years, it was very difficult to just choose ten of them. The ones that made it into this list offer something more than just new storylines.
For me personally I spent a lot of 2007-2011 playing Oblivion quest mods and my favorites would probably be: Integration: The Stranded Light (No requirement version here) My favorite mod, 80+ quests, race/skill/faction checks, multiple solutions, well defined characters, diverse quests, just so much to love. :-p.
My Favorite is Integration: The Stranded Light. It has 80+ quests, skill/faction/race/etc. checks, multiple solutions, choices and consequences and a massive amount of fleshed our characters with tons of dialogue. Here are some of my favorites. Kvatch Rebuilt - Lets you rebuild and optionally become the count of Kvatch over the course of the main quest. Honestly a very good mod... mostly. The later stages can be very buggy (I had to use the console at one point to make it through an essential quest that completely broke) and it's unfinished.
17 Δεκ 2013 · The Oblivion Quest List is a list consisting of 'good' quest mods, as suggested by the community, and presents a general overview of them and breaks them up into categories (currently done by size and if they're for companions) to make it easier to find what one is looking for.
