best training weapon is granite hammer. 2nd best is leaf blade sword or ancient staff. if ur tryna be 50 atk piety u have to quest perfectly. otherwise just do waterfall, gnome, death plat, grand tree, fight arena. get a bearhead if ur getting prayer. underground pass if ur a perfectionist because of crystal shit.
