There are several reasons I always shop at Thomann: the price is fantastic for value, the selection is incredible, and the quality of product is impressive. I have bought both equipment and instruments from Thomann and have yet to come across any issues with either the products themselves or the service.
Purchased a guitar back in January but had a small problem concerning the jack plug. Thomann customer service answered by return with a simple solution for me to easily fix it which I did. Thomann, like other retailers, went to great lengths to clarify everything. All pricing was clearly displayed. Big signs saying "VAT IS NOT INCLUDED AND WILL BE ADDED", confirmation emails detailing the full cost, and duty, and where and when it would be charged.
in my opinion thomann is the best site to buy musical instruments, I have seen few sites that have such good assistance. Furthermore, they sometimes even include audio demos on the product page, so you can hear how the instrument sounds without having to search for video reviews on YouTube
I've bought loads of stuff from Thomann, not had any issues. Shipping times are usually pretty decent, depends on the item (they have estimates shown and they are pretty close). Thomann is one of the largest international retailers worldwide.
24 Απρ 2023 · I'm thinking about buying a guitar (~$3k) from Thomann Music. The issue is they are in Germany and I'm in the US. From their website, the shippinh cost is surprisingly low ($76 for UPS 2-day express shipping, the only choice offered).
