Wither Armor and Renegade Armor are widely regarded as the two best armors in the game. I put FMA up there because Fighter's Bindings are the best weapons to use, and FMA makes the best use of them. But Splendid Robe for combat and Verdant for more speedrunning are good, and Stalwart is solid as well.

I’d give Stormlander A tier, with Gravity/Whirlwind/Leeching is almost just as good as Graviton. Broadsword is also fine and fun to use, should be A or B tier.
