L1 Skill Unlocked Spinning Edge – Your “basic attack”, essentially your combo starter. Spam this until you get Gust Slash at L4.
15 Αυγ 2020 · You can unlock the Rogue class by going to the Rogue Guild in Limsa Lominsa Lower Decks (around 8,16), look out for the quests either “Way of the Rogue”, or “So you want to be a Rogue”. Rogue is the ONLY base class you CANNOT start the game as.
10 Σεπ 2020 · L1 Skill Unlocked – Spinning Edge: Your “basic attack”. It eventually links up to your basic DPS combo. L2 Skill Unlocked – Shade Shift: A strong defensive cooldown. It gives you a shield based on max HP. While its primary use is in high end content, be aware of it during the leveling process – it may save a death or two.
The Hall of the Novice is a series of training courses for each of the three Combat Roles: Tank, DPS and Healer. These teach you the very basics of your selected role, such as simple combos or how to heal.
19 Σεπ 2024 · Rogue is a melee DPS class introduced in E3 2014, featuring stealth moves and assassin-style attacks. It has a few requirements in order to be unlocked: Prerequisite: The player must have completed level 10 class quest for at least 1 Disciples of War or Magic class.

It may be outshined by other magic DPS jobs nowadays, but this is mostly down to their focus on movement and cycle of attacks over instant high potency opening moves. It still holds solid ground though.
