Any Pokémon that requires trading can be done via certain emulator/ROM methods without having to trade, If you are well versed in figuring that out go for it, if not id try to avoid Pokémon that have trade evos (if not having a fully evolved Pokémon bothers you).

If you're looking for a vanilla ROM to nuzlocke, I'd recommend either Fire Red or Emerald. Both are fairly forgiving. I also found Black 2 to be easy, but I think I just got lucky. If you're looking for a Romhack, Pokemon Unbound and Pokemon Gaia are both great.
