There's a ton of great Japanese sci fi in manga or anime form - whither Ghost in the Shell, Planetes, or 20th Century Boys - but I can't seem to find much of anything in novel form. Any recommendations? I've already read Murakami.
I love sci Fi and I love sci-fi cultivation novels or webnovels. I think I have read almost all of the old ones that are good. Are there any new up-and-coming ones you all have found recently?
If you copy/paste the japanese title into google it should give you the title of the translated work. They're not always literal translations of the japanese title, for example the translation of 痴人の愛 is called "Naomi".
