Camel pose is the last and deepest backward bend we do in class, also known as ‘the healer of the spine’. In this posture we are trying to create an even backward bend in all parts of the spine, not just the easy parts to bend backward, like the lower back or the neck.
3 Απρ 2022 · Camel Pose, or Ustrasana, is the final ultra-deep backbend of a Bikram class. This is the only posture that bends the entire spine and neck into a full arch as the hips push forward and up. Keep in mind that Camel Pose can be extremely challenging and even dangerous for anyone with spinal injuries.
