The manager, Chris was trying to keep me quiet and asked me to change my review as it was bad for their business. Well, My husband and I bought our vehicle from here, paid in full. We have had our vehicle a year and have had nothing but problems the whole time!

I purchased my car from Bill Rapp Subaru after shopping around multiple different dealerships around town and found that the staff at Bill Rapp were the most pleasant to deal with. It's too bad you have had that experience because I would recommend them over any other dealership in town.
