6 Μαρ 2021 · Well, your problem is not with the Zinser BIN; BIN accepts a water based quite well. Sadly, you didn't need an undercoat, and it's the undercoat giving you problems. You could lightly sand it, wipe down with Methylated spirit, and try again.
I purchased Zinsser Allcoat satin (water based) to repaint my summerhouse. This paint is horrendous, worst paint I have ever used. The 15 year protection is a joke as it didn’t even last one winter.
