Blackout is a free-roam 'streets' Roblox experience, designed to set itself astray from other experiences of the same genre with new and redone mechanics. With parkour, allowing faster navigation within the urban area and an extensive weaponry available, it's a matter of time before the inevitable goes around the corner.

16 Αυγ 2022 · To get started, talk to Timmy at amatsu 238 212, ask him for information you need to know to play BlackoutRO. Timmy will tell you to visit Beginner Zone, which is located nearby, to start leveling up your character faster. Each piece of equipment in the package is based on an existing item, is slotless and account bound.

NPCs (Non-player-characters)/bots are potential enemies that can be found around the map, typically belonging to one of the three factions found in the Blackout District.
Factions are a minor Game Mechanic, presenting two factions fighting over the Blackout District: Rebels and Vultures. Both of these factions are hostile against each other and neutral players.
