Each piece of equipment in the package is based on an existing item, is slotless and account bound. As of July 20, 2022 patch, new characters will automatically receive beginner equipment.
NPCs (Non-player-characters)/bots are potential enemies that can be found around the map, typically belonging to one of the three factions found in the Blackout District. Scouts are the weakest NPCs in the game.
