Factions are a minor Game Mechanic, presenting two factions fighting over the Blackout District: Rebels and Vultures. Both of these factions are hostile against each other and neutral players.
The Nightbound are presumably the main type of NPC faced in the upcoming Final Eclipse update. They appear as dark, shadowy figures with glowing accents along their appendages. Brokers are one of the two unique NPCs, stationary around different parts of the map. Their location is always randomized, switching around the map per server basis, although they have their own designated spots in which they can spawn in, distinct from Merchants.
