The tasting room is open everyday from 11 am to 5 pm. We have a $5 tasting fee which enables you to enjoy 6 wines of your choice. Take home your Blair Vineyards wine glass. We welcome parties of all sizes, but please phone ahead for parties of 8 or more. We are closed on certain holidays:
Our Regular Tasting Room Hours: Monday - Sunday ~ 11am to 5pm Special Hours in January: Closed Winter Break in early January (See Events Calendar for details), otherwise open Friday through Monday ~ 11am to 5pm (Closed Tuesdays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays) Feel free to continue enjoying the outdoor patio most evenings after the tasting room closes.
The harvest season is our busiest time and lasts from mid-September to late October. We pick, crush, and ferment the grapes within this time frame. After the primary fermentation, we transfer the wine into barrels or stainless steel tanks to allow them to develop character for the next 10 months to 2 years.
