The Matriarch Chardonnay from Delfina's is our play on that big California style. Relying on the influence of the Arroyo Seco Ava, with its well drainded rocky and sandy soils cooled by heavy afternoon winds off of Monterey Bay, we are able to keep the wine fresh and structured.

The “micro” nature of the project allows complete and total quality control from the vineyard to the bottling line – for truly artisan, limited.
