Ionad an Bhlascaoid – The Blasket Centre. In Dunquin, the most westerly parish on the Dingle Peninsula, is a unique heritage centre and museum. The Blasket Centre tells the story of the Blasket Islands and the tiny Irish speaking community who lived there until the mid-20th century.

27 Μαΐ 2018 · Looking at the Great Blasket Island The next stop of my tour of the Slea Head Drive is The Blasket Center. I knew that one of the outlying islands here is named Blasket but I would have thought that the Blasket Center would actually be on the island itself.
