Dual Credit allows a high school student to earn credit towards high school graduation while at the same time earning college credit towards an associate's degree or technical education program certificate. Dual Credit is approved and regulated by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board.
Eligibility and Testing Requirements. See your high school counselor to begin the process. Apply for admission to Blinn at https://www.applytexas.org/. Complete the Dual Credit Approval Form (must have Blinn ID to access) Have a “B” or higher average in completed coursework.

• Complete Dual Credit Approval Form • If not exempt, take TSIA pre-assessment activity and print certificate of completion • Register for TSIA online or through Enrollment Services • If taking course on Blinn campus, bacterial meningitis shot record
