Note that Live Chat seems to be unavailable currently (at least for me it wasn’t open) and that’s likely due to ticket volumes.

13 Νοε 2018 · Live Chat. When browsing through the Support Site or when going through the Support Ticket submission entries, you may be presented with a Live Chat option. This option will allow you to interact with a Customer Support representative via a chat window who will assist you with your issue. Callback Support
Voice chat lets you talk to your friends through the Blizzard Battle.net desktop app. Setting up a chat session is easy, and you can use it while playing any Blizzard game. Setup is as easy as plugging in a microphone and clicking the button on the top right corner of a chat session.
