They may be used to pay for any transaction at the Ticket Office such as Traditional Ferry Tickets, Hi-Speed Ferry Tickets, Vehicle Reservations, Motorcycles, and Mopeds. Gift Cards may not be used for online orders or on board the ferry.
For cancellations made less than two calendar days prior to sailing date, refunds will be issued, minus a $4.00 processing fee per ticket, per direction. Unused reservations or those not cancelled prior to departure time will be subject to forfeiture of the entire amount.

All Reservations must be canceled 7 days in advance of departure date to receive a refund, at which time you will be assessed a $12.85 cancelation fee per one way reservation. Cancelation within 7 days will not be eligible for a refund. Vehicle changes must be made in advance.
