Mage and melee freeze should start by prefiring, switching to melee gear, delaying 1 tick, and BGSing maiden. At this point, all players should look at the spec box displayed from the easyparty. All players should be at 50% spec.
Can't go wrong with jump cuts, especially considering this is called a "short guide" and is over 5 minutes long. I'd have even either double the fast forward speed during the tedious point of runecrafting (especially the parts with no commentary) or cut to when the mining was finished.
