  1. For fights without interrupts (read: basically every single fight), you can macro Blunt Arrow into your "big macro" (at the end, lowest priority), for SLIGHTLY more dps. Its 50 power every 30 seconds XD.

  4. Technically, you could make macros that replace a button with another one, but you'd need to make use of multiple entire hotbars to replace 1 macro with another. For example, say you're playing Dark Knight, and you wanna use macros to put the 3-hit basic combo on 1 button.
