To unlock the Shark Anchor in Blox Fruits, you must first gather several raw materials in order to craft the Monster Magnet at the Shark Hunter NPC. You'll find this vendor on the new Tiki Outpost Island in the Third Sea through the first door on the left immediately after you enter the area.
