Scimitere. This blue Kayn build might not be the best or the most optimal, but it seems fine? Question. I generally run Blue Kayn with runes Dark Harvest, sudden impact, eyeball collection, relentless hunter, presence of mind and coup de grace with items eclipse, manamune and sorc pen boots.
Ravenous Hunter is the best choice to go here, since Kayn cooldown is really low, and you are able to proc this many times and clear healthly. Relentless Hunter is also nice choice here if you want to sacrifice some hp for extra movement speed and map control.
I am SURE red Kayn might be better with this build but I find that these items allow me to easily assassinate squishies while dueling most bruisers. Red Kayn can duel much better, but lacks the damage to 1 shot.

Blue build: My favourite build right now is: Ironspike > ionian boots > tear > serpent's fang > youmuu > muramana > serylda/GA/Griveous wounds item > Stridebreaker > sell boots and go Edge of night. The reason I go stride is the mythic passive which compensates for lack of boots if I have full build.
