We are incredibly pleased to introduce our new Account Management Tool (AMT). AMT provides a robust self-service broker experience for you and your team. Primary agents can open new user accounts, assign roles, grant permissions, and customize access to client lists and commission statements.
Learn about the self-service tools and capabilities available on Broker Connection which can be used to acquire, retain, and serve clients, grow book of business, and manage Agency users.
This will help ensure members can access their plan information when they cannot locate their Blue Shield ID card or member ID number. Members will see this option to use their Blue Shield ID number or Social Security number at the main login screen on www.blueshieldca.com.
To get appointed with Blue Shield, complete and send the following forms: Signed and dated Producer Agreement (return pages 12 and 19) Your California Life-Only and Accident & Health agent licenses and Errors & Omissions Insurance Certificate
Any members who were unable to select an Optum Care PCP during enrollment while these providers were unavailable in Find a Doctor (FAD), can now update their PCP by calling the Customer Care number on their Blue Shield member ID card, or online using Find a Doctor.
