27 Δεκ 2018 · I knew nothing about the reputation of Joy Mascot and a delivery from China could take a long time. 10 days later when my realistic bear costume had not arrived, my concern became full-blown worry. I contacted Joy Mascot through their website and was happily surprised when they emailed and texted me back right away.
We paid over $600 for a costume and received a very cheap, subpar costume. We requested a refund and have not heard back from the seller. We sent an email requesting a refund.

There's only a few premade mascot costume companies out there. One is below, the other I'm blanking on at the moment. They're strong, meant for costume shop rentals and high school sports teams, but somewhat generic and less comfortable. https://marylenmascotcostumes.com
Been trying to get my hands on a Chuck E Cheese walkaround costume, and they had one. So my question is, is it a good place to get a mascot from? Don't think so. They rip a lot of pictures off of other sites and display them as their own, after throwing on their own watermarks.

I have purchased 2 mascot costumes (Mickey and Minnie) and seller guaranteed to have it delivered by February 7th. By february 7th, I have only received one (1) costume (Minnie) - btw horrible quality, the costume stink with mildew and some fabric was popping up.
