28 Μαρ 2004 · Gas Engines - BME-44 information - I'm replacing an OS 1.60 w 18x6W APC prop combination n a 13-14 lbs plane (not enough power) I'd like to hear back form people who have run the BME-44, what props they used and the weight of the planes the engine was used on.

As near as I can tell with calipers over the top of the cowl, with out taking the prop, spinner, and cowl off, and viewing through the intake, where I can easily see the plug caps, mine appears to measure at about 10 7/8".
