  1. 1 Φεβ 2022 · So we all know that 28A0 is a vacuum leak somewhere. I had codes 2BEA and 28A0. Changed the valve cover with a cheap-o aftermarket and BMW OE gasket. It fixed my code 2BEA (Mixture Control Too Lean), but didn't fix the 28A0 code. Replaced crankshaft seal and no more 28A0 (after adaptations), but received code P112F.

  2. Most of the research I did seemed to indicate issues with a tune, but my car is entirely stock. Finally, after two attempts to find a cause, a leak was found in the charge pipe and it was replaced, the throttle body cleaned, adaptations reset, and the codes were cleared.

The machine says, Intake absolute pressure, plausibility :Pressure too high or mixture adaptation... I have check air leakages and done all oil leakages too, also change the intake manifold pressure sensor, boost pressure sensor and I have no whistling nose.

  4. 20 Ιουλ 2021 · Calculate the test plan with ISTA. Check the sensor that it calls for. And replace it if everything is ok. Pressure too high is much different than too low. Sensor may be faulty. But if you have ISTA make sure to perform the test plan and follow everything it says. It’s pretty good with diagnostic path. 5. Reply.

  6. 7 Μαΐ 2024 · I got this BMW X5 2012 xdriv35i E70 last year and I am trying to keep it for long term. I have been dealing with a code : 28A0 ( Air Mss System, plausibility: Calculated air masses in the air intake system not plausible) for long time.

  7. 7 Δεκ 2020 · No major problems to date. I've been changing the oil every 5,000 miles and getting caught up on routine maintenance items. Last week CEL came on and scanned 28A0 - throttle angle - absolute pressure suction, comparison pressure too high. The car is basically symptom free.
