28 Ιαν 2023 · Hello, 535i 2011 throws 101F01 "Airmass system plausability: calculated airmasses in the in the air intake system not plausible". It used to trigger CEL now and then, now its always on. Car runs great, just a slightly rough idle.
2 Ιουν 2023 · My cars been giving an error of 101F01, as well as 104B01, Ran a few logs and didn't seem to find any issues, I have attached it as well. Just wondering what I should look into to help identify the source of the issue.
11 Αυγ 2022 · I did the service bulletin from BMW for this issue: disconnected the purge valve, started the engine, idling for 15 minutes, turned off the engine, connected the purge valve, cleaned all errors.
16 Ιαν 2021 · Did you try running the Test Plan for error code 101F01 in ITSA? It will walk you through the diagnostic steps to determine root cause. That is how I was able to determine that it was indeed the intake plenum map sensor.
Reigniting this thread because I just had my VVT and eccentric shaft replaced and the code 101F01 would not go away. Solution : my mechanic replaced the boost solenoid and so far so good!
