12 Δεκ 2021 · Need some confirmation about the operation of the PCV on the N55. I am chasing a fault codes 101F01 & 118001 which indicates a leak in the intake or crankcase emission system which I get on every cold start but not during normal operation.
28 Ιαν 2023 · Hello, 535i 2011 throws 101F01 "Airmass system plausability: calculated airmasses in the in the air intake system not plausible". It used to trigger CEL now and then, now its always on. Car runs great, just a slightly rough idle.

11 Αυγ 2022 · I did the service bulletin from BMW for this issue: disconnected the purge valve, started the engine, idling for 15 minutes, turned off the engine, connected the purge valve, cleaned all errors.
11 Σεπ 2023 · It's a symptom code rather than the actual issue which is 101F01 and 102002 which relate to a problem with air getting to the cylinders. I clear the codes and take it for another drive, again engine is fully up to temperature.
3 Ιουλ 2023 · SO, if you have an N55(335i, 535i, x5 35i, etc.) and your ONLY 2 codes are 101F01 and 104301, I think I can safely say, you need a MAP sensor. But, be sure to get the correct one, or else you won't fix the issue.
