29 Ιουν 2021 · Do not buy a battery (yet). Do not buy an alternator (yet). Read codes with ISTA. Reboot the car (disconnect battery for several minutes). See if there are any leads or if the reboot fixes it. If the battery was discharged or not charging properly the message is "Charge battery".
Hello, I've got the following two codes. 120208 Charging pressure control; plausibility Pressure too high. 120408 Charging pressure control; Switch-off as consequence. I've thrown a new wastegate pressure converter in the car, but still have the code, it was weird.
4 Ιαν 2024 · BMW316i, 2013 Error Code 130308, 120408. Hi All need your help to diagnose the issue. No warning lights on Dash but showing some error mentioned. This is the summary of the issue. Car hesitates while driving especially on hard acceleration.
28 Δεκ 2021 · My 2015 N55 PWG is throwing the following codes: 1. 120408 - Charging pressure control: Switch-off as consequential reaction. 2. 121533 Charging pressure - Ambient pressure, comparison: Charging pressure too low. The valve cover gasket was recently replaced and it's throwing those codes.
30 Οκτ 2016 · Next day scanned and found codes 120208 (charging pressure control, plausibility pressure too high) and 120408 (charging pressure control, deactivation: pressure build-up blocked. Car history: before selling the car last owner took it to BMW, changed oil and filters, rear tires and spark plugs.
22 Ιαν 2024 · I had it running one time but really really rough like only 1 or 2 cylinders working and got the codes in the picture. I think I'll bring it to BMW next week. I would now start to change everything on the engine in hope to find the cracked part. xD
7 Νοε 2022 · My X5 (N55) threw a drivetrain malfunction after swapping the battery out and programing the new battery. Now I have a code: 130308 VANOS Exhaust: Control Fault, Position not reached. 120408 Charging pressure control: Switch off as consequence. Is this normal or any insight into this**?**.
