2 Απρ 2022 · I took the car to a good mechanic/electrician ans they confirmed that the actuator was actually faulty. They traced the wires from the actuator to the glovebox fusebox and the fuse was fried. They replaced it but soon after it got fried again. They went back to check the actuator of the shutters and it felt hot.

My active grille is not working, and it is driving me crazy. Getting these two codes from ISTA: 1) LIN Bus, message; radiator blind, top; missing. 2) Signal (status, cooling flap, brake, front axle, 257.6.8) invalid, transmitter DME/DDE.

Solved: Replaced DME with a cloned one. *Diagnosed DME as faulty by measuring voltage at the bit serial data (BSD) line with all components unplugged (waterpump, alternator, oil condition sensor, intelligent battery sensor). Reading was a constant DC 0.8v (no square wave signal or AC).
