I tend to use BMA Parts, FCP Euro, and The BMW/MINI Part Store pretty frequently, but I've bought parts from most on the list and have had good luck with almost all of them over the years:

BMWPARTSDEAL.com AKA BMW Parts Deal Is a scam. They definitely mislead people about parts and inventory. Also their representatives are rude and condescending. I was going to order from them but was unimpressed by the behavior of their representatives on the phone.
Update: I purchased a few parts from BMWpartscenter and it is definitely legitimate. All the parts are OEM in original boxes with matching serial numbers, but are highly discounted when compared to buying directly from my local dealership.
