Minnesota State College Southeast is a public technical and community college with two campuses in Minnesota, one in Red Wing and another in Winona. The two campuses were originally two separate vocational institutes. The college is part of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities system.
The Red Wing Walking Path is a completely paved path open to cyclists, runners, and walkers, and it is heavily utilized as a commuter trail. The route begins at the Minnesota State College Southeast - Red Wing Campus and continues alongside County Road 21 (aka, Flower Valley Road) before coming to an end just outside of Wacouta.
