After graduating from Scranton prep school in 1978, he attended the school of the Holy Cross. He received his J.D. degree from The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law.
He has championed programs to improve child health and education, spurred by his belief that all children deserve a strong start in life, and that the economic health of our Nation rests upon how well we help prepare our children for success.
Casey completed his undergraduate studies at the College of the Holy Cross in 1982, earning a degree in Political Science. He later pursued a Juris Doctorate from The Catholic University of America, graduating in 1988.
