You might receive your second piece of authenticating info via text sent to the number in your account or via the Pulse app. To receive the text, make sure your phone number is up to date by following these steps: Log in to the Extranet. Click the user account icon and choose Contacts.
To log in to the extranet for the first time, follow the steps below: Go to the extranet sign-in page. Enter your username and click on Next. Enter your password and click on Log in. Your login credentials are the same as the ones you entered when creating your partner account during the sign-up process.
