It was the coupons and the people treating the stores as a library that really did them in. I bought a ton of stuff at Borders, but always with at least a 20% coupon. Usually 30% off, if I recall. If I didn't have a coupon, I'd just buy online.

I mean, I barely ever went into a borders, but the 20$ plus for free shipping and the very often 30-40% coupons were great. Do any of the other stores have something similar/send out email...
