Bosch India Foundation is the social engagement arm of Bosch in India. Founded in March 2008, it focused on vocational skills and holistic community development. The Foundation currently works in more than 230 Villages and several urban locations across 6 States in India.
Together with the Bosch values, it provides a foundation that we believe is key to Bosch’s success in business. And because responsible and lawful conduct is important beyond company boundaries, we have formulated our expectations of our business partners in a corresponding code of conduct.

Additionally, Bosch has in India the largest development center outside Germany, for end-to-end engineering and technology solutions.

Our NGO partners are made to work very closely with the CSR team, where they are also made to plan a detailed employee engagement strategy for the projects. Bosch India Foundation who is the torch-bearer of the social activities of Bosch in India is one of our major beneficiaries.

The Bosch Foundation is dedicated to improving the health, hygiene, and education of underprivileged children. It runs the Child Health Development Programme (CHDP) focusing on students aged 6 to 15 in Government schools.
