I had all my trans stuff done locally, the only thing I have from BTO is the adapter plate to attached to stock cross-member. Like.

5 Φεβ 2018 · I looked at many companies when deciding on my 200R-4, with Bowtie being one of the companies. I also looked at Art Carr, Monster Transmission, CK Performance and Extreme Automatic, too. I finally decided on an Extreme Automatic Stage 2, 200R-4 transmission mated to a 454 (~500hp) and is used as my daily driver during nice weather days.

16 Σεπ 2020 · I had Monster Transmission build a SS Xtreme 4L80E for my Vette. The transmission is behind a 632 that makes about 900hp. The transmission has been in use for a bit over a year with no issues.
29 Δεκ 2013 · I have been researching transmission vendors to purchase a 700r4 for a 72 nova conversion. can anyone recommend a particular vendor. I have looked at Monster,Bowetie Overdrives, Mad Dog Lou and PATC. They all have horrible and great reviews.
17 Οκτ 2011 · If you went to a top engine builder who specialized in race engines, you might expect to pay more for the knowledge he has that others don't have. Transmissions are simple and there is no superior knowledge there, only parts. Bowtie has a stellar reputation....monster, not so much.
