1 Ιαν 2023 · The Ohio River basin covers three freshwater ecoregions (Teays-Old Ohio, Tennessee, and Cumberland), two Level 1 terrestrial ecoregions, and six Level II terrestrial ecoregions (Omernik, 1987; Abell et al., 2000; Omernik and Griffith, 2014). The basin lies in the Eastern Temperate Forests and Northern Forests Level l ecoregions.
