Aromas and flavors of meyer lemon and valencia orange, pickled ginger, milk chocolate, and marzipan with a satiny, dryish full body and a stimulating, long finish with nuances of creme brulee with raisins, red vines in a cedar cabinet, cigar box, and green apple.
Drinking more like a V.S.O.P. than a V.S., Phantom has a dark golden color with aromas of vanilla and fruit. On the palate one will experience flavors of oak, apple and light citrus, then it’s an elegant and bold finish.
