Blizzard Boost: Starting with the pre-patch you will be able to spend 40$ USD on a level 58 Character Boost. You can boost a newly created level 1 or you can boost an existing under-58 character. You cannot enter Non-TBC dungeons/raids for 24 hours after boosting a character.

Missed quite a bit of tank items. Dabiri's trinket, Regal Protectorate, Ravenguard neck, Myrmidon's Headress, Shat'ari armguards, Horn's of the Illidari. All easy to get before you go into the harder instances.
