Trying to squeeze any Journey badges under the petals and leaves just looks awful. The World Thinking Day and Global Action badges fit easily above the Journey badges.

Each Brownie earns badges for her accomplishments and should wear her sash with pride. Specific guidelines for patch placement ensure each girl looks the same. The patches should be sewn on with matching or invisible thread.
There is no set placement rules for badges, however the following guidelines may be useful. If your daughter has opted for the sash, you may find it helpful add a couple of stitches at the crossover point, or we still have a few pin sash badges to purchase.
