The FIRST bungee fitness studio in Columbus, Ohio. We are a low-impact, high intensity dance based group fitness class. Our studio is fully trained and certified in bungee fitness, because your safety is our top concern!
Learn the basic techniques of bungee fitness from balance, squats, jumps, and burpees. Take this class as often as needed until you feel comfortable with these basic movements and Sling terminology. This class will still get the heart rate up, all while having fun.
Our certified group exercise instructors and personal trainers are ready to greet you with warm smiles and uplift your workout experience! We provide a variety of classes including bungee fitness, rebounding, bootcamp, strength training, Pilates, and more, allowing you to enjoy a diverse workout routine.
Class members learn proper bungee fitting, and will learn to trust the bungee, while getting a fun, full-body cardio workout that will elevate the heart rate and build endurance to progress to the next levels.
