28 Φεβ 2019 · After update, program guide defaults to cable box program guide. when I run the program guide app and go to the guide tab I'm getting a "No service is available" message. I restarted the TV, ran the initial setup, restarted again but nothing works.
Make sure the TV is tuned to the correct input or channel, based on the type of cable that connects to the TV. Press "Power" or "System Info" on the receiver. If it responds to that, it might be just the remote that's not working right. Reset the receiver using the front panel.

3 Απρ 2020 · The TV program guide or recorded title list is not displayed even if you press the GUIDE or TitleList button while watching from an external device (cable box or set-top box). If BRAVIA Sync is on or if you are using the IR Blaster, pressing the GUIDE or TitleList button on the TV remote control will send that signal to the external device.
In previous specifications, if you pressed the Guide or Title List button on the TV remote control while BRAVIA Sync is on or while using an IR Blaster, the TV program list or recorded title list was displayed.
